MISSION

We strive to bring our clients the finest in new home management, marketing and sales improvement systems customized to meet their individual goals and aspirations.

Our objective for our Clients is always to increase the number of new homes they sell and the prices at which they sell them. We believe that the success most home builders dream of can best be achieved by raising the level of marketing, sales and corporate management practice while maintaining complete respect for customers, employees and associates alike.

Our Clients who undertake the journey of discovery and improvement we recommend earn and benefit from an unfair competitive advantage in their respective markets. That brings us joy!


METHODS

The bedrock of our consulting practice is direct on-site coaching interaction with our Clients. All Client services are performed by Bill Webb, MIRM, drawing upon his years of experience and extensive body of original writings.

The most frequent starting point for new Clients is an on-site Marketing and Sales Review (described in Services). Sales Training is another frequent first time activity. Either way, the goal is to serve an immediate and specific Client need while Client and Consultant become acquainted.

We perform a few services for a large number of Clients. We’re always looking for the right combination of personal chemistry, desire to grow and timing that can make a longer term relationship possible. For the smaller number of Clients who follow this path, results have been truly extraordinary.
